Charan Singh Yadav was the resident of Ladampur Katara post Sarai Aghat Distt- Etah. He gave education to both his sons as per his ability.
Among these two sons Mr. Mahendra Pal Singh was very enthusiastic and curious of becoming an attaché. After completing his M.A. in sociology and B.Ed he tried his best and struggled to become a govt. teacher but he did not get it. After this, he founded Shri Bhumi Raj Singh Inter College in Ladampur Katara which his associate people gave him commendable special Co operation which is still intact. In july 2005 Mr. Indra Pal Singh and Mr. Mahendra Pal Singh bought land in their parental village Ladampur katara and founded Shri Bhumiraj Sing Leela devi P.G. college.
This P.G. college was affiliated with DR. B.R. Ambedkar University
Agra in 2006 and was allowed to conduct classes of B.A. Education makes a man perfect. keeping this in the mind Shri Inderpal singh and shri.
Mahendra pal singh established this P.G. college in 2005 by the name of their father late shri Bhumi Raj Singh Yadav and mother Smt. Leela Devi for spreading the high quality education in the area.
